If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and resalable condition with all tags attached.

Are Kindnest Capsules a good baby shower gift?

What size should I gift?
If you’re unsure, we typically recommend sizing up slightly so babies have room to grow into their pieces comfortably.
Can gifted items be returned or exchanged?
Yes. Gifted items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they remain unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition with tags attached.
Can capsules be partially exchanged?
Because our capsules are intentionally designed as complete wardrobe systems, capsules are typically returned in full. However, if a gifted item doesn’t fit quite right, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to help accommodate sizing adjustments where possible.

Are your fabrics safe for sensitive skin?
Our clothing is made primarily with soft 100% organic cotton fabrics, with select pieces containing a small amount of elastane for comfort and fit. We prioritize soft, wearable fabrics designed for everyday baby comfort.
